Labor Support
When your labor begins, I will be a phone call away.
As things progress, and you feel ready, I will join you in-person for the remainder of your journey.
My presence will soothe and comfort you, enabling you to feel secure and confident as you tap into your deepest inner strength.
Through moments of discomfort and exhaustion, when you feel depleted; I will keep you steady with time proven, evidence based methods of positional changes.
I will use stimulating massage, breathing techniques and other measures that will relax and prepare you for labor.
As you continue to labor, I will anchor you with the inspiration you need to embody your full power.
Postpartum Support
During the early moments of your newborn's arrival, I will remain present to continue supporting you while you get to know your baby.
In those precious moments of connection, I will know when to lean in with gentle assistance and when to lean out so that you may bond as a family.

The arrival of your sweet little one sometimes comes with a bit of chaos.

While we don't have the power to make time stand still, we can help keep you calm and present.
As your postpartum doula, I will be in your home offering you the peace necessary to make decisions, enjoy the moment, and get well needed REST.

Our expertise is two-fold. We have a comprehensive understanding of the daytime needs and nuances of a new family, and the uncertainty of a late-night-newborn schedule.
Infant feeding and Lactation Support
As certified professional postpartum and infant care doulas, we bring experience in infant feeding, and emotional support to new parents recovering from birth, and baby's adjustment to a new environment.
We are well versed in breast and bottle feeding, lactation support, sleep guidance, infant soothing and general coping skills.
Weather you seek support as the sun rises or sets, or throughout the night; we can be by your side through it all.
